Using Annotation  

Annotation is a convenient tool for users to draw or write a quick note in the conference. Users can also paste images directly onto a shared desktop view, shared application, a whiteboard or on a document being shared (i.e. PowerPoint, Word or Excel documents).

To Activate the Annotation Feature:

  1. Activate the annotation properties menu..

 

 

  1. Select the appropriate annotation tool.

 

 If you make an error while annotating, simply select the item and press the [Del] key on your keyboard.

 Alternatively, you can erase all the annotation objects by pressing the erase tool from the toolbar.

 

Note: Selecting the erase tool will erase all annotation objects.
