I plugged my web cam in after I joined the conference, but I still don't have a film strip showing next to my name.
The webcam first needs to be recognized by Windows when you plug it in.
You'll need to exit and re-enter the conference to have the Collab
client recognize the new hardware (you do NOT have to reboot however).
I'm using Firefox and I was unable to install the plugin required.
If you cannot install plugins in your web browser, you can still connect to the conference by clicking on the conference link at the bottom of the Connecting to a Conference screen.
