Sharing Features  

The Share menu allows a Host or Presenter to utilize any of the sharing features in a conference.

The sharing features include :

• Sharing a document like MS Word or Excel   

• PowerPoint presentation    

• An adjustable region on the desktop  

• Any Windows application    

• Web browser (a single browser without pop up windows)    

• Desktop   

• Whiteboard

• Text Chat
