The PowerPoint Presentation feature allows a Host or Presenter to select any PowerPoint document and present it to participants in a conference. To use this feature the Host must have PowerPoint installed and have access to a PowerPoint document. The PowerPoint document can be any size and can contain transitions.
Note: Participants viewing the PowerPoint presentation do not need to have PowerPoint installed on their computer.
User with sufficient rights can adjust their view using the zoom option.
After selecting the desired PowerPoint document, the Host or Presenter can use the annotation feature to visually markup any PowerPoint slide.
Only Hosts or Presenters have the option to Share PowerPoint Documents.
