Share Document

All documents created by MS Word, Excel or any other third party application can be shared using the Share Document options.

The application used to create the document must be installed on the Presenter's computer.

Note: Participants do not need to have the applications installed to view documents.

 

Only Hosts or Presenters have the option to Share Documents.
