The Shared application feature is used by the Host or Presenter to share almost any application installed on the Host's computer. This feature is ideal for training and tech support purposes.
Please note when using the Share Application feature, other windows belonging to the application (e.g. dialog windows) will only be visible to participants if they are dragged over the shared application. An alternative is to use the Region or Desktop share feature.
Click on Share and select Application.

Select the active application to share.

After selecting the application the Your Assistant Collaboration Module client will optimize the view and upload it to the server.
The server will then relay the image to all users in the conference.
At that point the client will display an indicator on the toolbar which identifies the application being shared.

This is a section of the inner title bar in the Your Assistant Collaboration Module after an application is shared.
Only Hosts or Presenters have the option to Share Application.
