Start a Conference  

Your Assistant Collaboration Module offers two types of conferences, a Quick or Ad-hoc Conference and a Scheduled Conference.

 

Web Quick Conference

Scheduled Conference

Start a Quick (Ad-hoc) Conference

  1. Login to the Mitel Your Assistant Collaboration server with a valid account.

  2. Enter the conference topic and password if required (A conference topic and password are optional).

  3. Click Start Conference.

This option starts a web quick conference with the video conferencing features enabled. This is also known as an Ad-Hoc conference.

Schedule a New Conference

 This option allows the Host to schedule a conference for a later date and to enable specific features in the conference.

 

  1. Login to the Mitel Your Assistant Collaboration server with a valid account.

  2. Click Create Conference.
