Join a Conference  

To Join a private conference, the user must enter the exact URL of the conference.

If the conference is public, users can simply connect to the conference server and click on the conference link.

Private Conference

For Private conferences, the Host user must send out the conference link to participants via e-mail or an instant message.

Public Conference

For Public conferences, users can connect directly to the server URL and double click the appropriate conference link.

This option does not require users to log into the server.
