To force a layout to all users in a conference the Host user simply presses the [Ctrl] + [F10] keys on the keyboard. Each time the layout on the Host computer is changed, the Host must press the [Ctrl] + [F10] keys to display the new layout.
Default hot keys which control the user interface of the Your Assistant Collaboration Module.

Tip:
The best way to use the 'follow-me' option is to first set the display
preference and then press the [Ctrl]
